Q: How long will it take to service the computer?
A: Completion is typically within 24 to 48 hours.
Q: May I still use the computer? When will the computer be serviced?
A1: You may use the computer from 6 A.M. through midnight (CST) During this time frame, if the keyboard & mouse are in-active for at least 15 minutes, remote control may take place.
A2: Until notified, please DO NOT use the computer from midnight through 6 A.M....this off-peak time frame is used for remote services & maintenance. Use of the computer during this time frame may significantly delay service.
A3: To respect privacy, remote control shall not be initiated if the computer's keyboard or mouse are active - regardless of time frame.
Q: Why is the monitor blank? Why doesn't the keyboard or mouse work?
A: Computer is under "remote anesthesia" while being serviced - please DO NOT use.
